Reservations close October 1, 2016 or when full.
A limited number of Vendor spaces will be available from Monday, October 10, 2016 through Saturday, October 15, 2016. Booths will be located in the main show building around the rings. Booth space is 10×10 with electricity and includes one 6 ft table and 2 chairs. Canopies may be used, but nothing may be attached to the walls of the Expo Center. Additional tables may be ordered at cost.
Hours: The Expo Hall will be opened at 6 am and secured at 11 pm.
Booth fee: $200 (extra charge if additional tables are ordered). If you email the form, you will need to pay with PayPal (button below), and you will be invoiced for any extra charges. If you mail the form, make your check out to SCA2016.
No one will be allowed to sell goods or merchandise on the show grounds unless a payment has been received and acknowledged.
